Layout: Through the common entrance you enter the third floor where you share the hall with the residents of the third floor. There is the entrance door to the fourth floor.

You enter the kitchen, the kitchen has a small fridge with freezer, an oven and a small dishwasher. At the rear is the bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed, a sink and a cupboard. There is also a cupboard with a new wash-dry combination.

In the middle of the house is the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a sink with furniture and the toilet. At the front is the cozy living room with a window that offers a view over the city.

Surroundings: The location is perfect, virtually next to the Amstel and Wibaustraat and with tram 1, 3, 7 and 19 around the corner, but it is still very quiet and peaceful here. With hotspots like Loetje-Oost, Impero Romano and Bukowski nearby, not to mention Café-Restaurant de Ysbreeker, where you can enjoy all the beauty that the Amstel has to offer on the terrace until late in the evening. De Pijp and Oosterpark, for example, are also within walking distance. For daily shopping there are plenty of stores within a stone's throw. On the other side of the Amstel are the Marqt, and of course the Albert Cuypmarkt, but on the Wibautstraat itself you also have an Albert Heijn. The connection to the rest of the city is excellent: in addition to the aforementioned tram lines, the metro stops Weesperplein and Wibautstraat are a 5-minute walk away. In less than 10 minutes you can reach Central Station and Amstel Station by bike, but the Rivierenbuurt and Centrum districts are also nearby. The A-10 ring road can be quickly reached by car via the Wibautstraat.
