The minimum stay is 2 calendar months.
The maximum stay is 6 calendar months.
Booking dates are per full calendar month. From the first of the month.
De maandelijkse prijs is op basis van één persoon. Indien u met extra personen in het appartement zou willen verblijven, dan vragen wij een additioneel tarief van 200 euro (inclusief BTW) per persoon per maand (dit is geldig voor alle gasten boven de 12 jaar). Dit extra tarief wordt gerekend om te extra kosten te betalen van de nutsvoorzieningen (gas, water en licht).
We require a copy of a valid student ID, teacher letter or URL and your institution's publicly accessible webpage showing your current enrollment. for any university. Student card is cross-checked with the university that is enrolled. Student cards can be sent by taking a photo and sending it to (hidden)
We reserve the right to assign a student booking to the booked apartment type within a building. Preferences are considered but may not always be honored.
Cash payment is not allowed.
Monthly prepayments are required (minimum 1 month), made at the concierge desk or through a payment link. The first payment must be made within 1 week after completing the booking. If the arrival date is within 1 week, the first payment can also be made at check-in.
Tourist and city taxes are not included in the price (7% per night + 3 EUR per person per night for the first 21 nights of your stay). When registering in the municipality of Amsterdam you are exempt from paying tourist tax.
Make sure to register at the apartment address as soon as possible to avoid paying city and city taxes.
Make sure the monthly payments are made on time. If the payment is not made on time, the keycard to access your apartment will no longer work until the payment is completed.
If you are registered at the address, we will require proof of deregistration before the deposit is returned.
Upon check-in, a deposit of the same value as 1 month's rent is required.
The deposit is used for any damage to the apartment.
The deposit will be refunded within 1 week of check-out if no rules are broken.
House rules + care for apartments
We need a valid ID at check-in.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the building, nor in the apartments
It is not allowed to use drugs, abuse alcohol, throw large parties or make too much noise in the apartment.
You will receive 1 cleaning per month. Additional cleanings can be arranged with the on-site concierge at an additional cost.
Further cleaning and laundry are your responsibility.
At check-in we do a full check + inventory list of the apartment, and at check-out we ask that the apartment is in the same condition as it was stated in.
Should any damage occur during your stay, please contact our team immediately
If you make a stain (for example: red wine) in the carpets or other furniture, please report this immediately to the reception so that we can take immediate
action. If something does not work properly or if something is broken, please contact the reception and DO NOT try to fix it yourself.
It is allowed to have extra guests sleeping in the apartment, for an additional tourist tax. Maximum number of guests can sleep an apartment. Additional guests must be registered at the concierge desk.
It is not allowed to stay in the apartment / studio with more people than our legal maximum for your apartment.
Pets are only allowed on request; Requests can be accepted depending on the location.
If pets cause a nuisance during the stay, we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time.
The staff / concierge must always be able to enter the apartment at the request of the manager.
We kindly ask you to be respectful of the property and other guests. This means that you must treat the apartment + building well to avoid damage.
Be considerate of your neighbors. Keep the noise low between 10pm and 8am. This also means no parties / events and no overnight guests. Do not slam the front door as this may cause inconvenience to your neighbors.
Complaints about other guests should be directed to the on-site concierge / staff.
