The patio is located on the South and is very private. At the rear of the apartment (and adjacent to the patio) the bathroom and bedroom are situated.

Environment & accessibility The Nieuwe Achtergracht is a quiet canal in the center of the city. Within a few minutes you walk towards the Amstel, Waterlooplein, Carré, Artis and of course the canals and the lovely city center. You will find some nice coffee and lunchspots or good restaurants on every corner; a wonderful place to live! The apartment is easily accessible by both public transport (tram, metro around the corner) and by car. Parking is no problem, there is currently no waiting list for a parking permit (Center 3).
